When My Insurance Refused To Pay For A New Roof!

Holden Roofing initially installed a new roof in September 2011. In May 2012, I put my house up for sale. Another hail storm blew through Dallas and again my street was hit hard. My insurance company initially refused a new roof, since they had just replaced it. I received a bid on the house, and roof damage was brought up in the inspection report. I contacted Holden Roofing and they sent Tony Chiarle to meet with my insurance adjuster. I feared I would lose the buyer, as I only had 30 days to get the roof approved, repairs made, and payment made so there would be no repair liens on the house in time for closing.

Tony worked very closely with my insurance company to get a new roof approved, installed AND paid in time for the closing. THANK YOU Tony and Holden Roofing for going above and beyond what one would normally expect so I could close on my house sale. And of course, the new roof is beautiful with the new home owners appreciating a quality job.
