Specialty Shingles
Specialty or designer shingles have increased in popularity. Homeowners looking for a roofing solution to address a higher aesthetic quality, increased durability, and higher wind ratings. Holden Roofing crews have been trained to follow the manufacturer’s specifications required to attain the increased warranties offered with these specialty products.
Owens Corning for example, has added the Berkshire Collection to their product line-up. The Berkshire line of shingles offers a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty and a 110 mph wind warranty. Holden Roofing professionally installs and hand nails all Berkshire roofs.
Holden Roofing also installs all other manufacturer’s specialty shingles. GAF/ELK produces a line of shingles called the Camelot series, which offer homeowners the aesthetics of a true Slate roof while adding the durability and versatility of a composition shingle. GAF/ELK Camelot carries a limited lifetime warranty and a 130 mph wind warranty. Holden Roofing also installs the full designer line of GAF/ELK shingles including Grand Canyon, Country Mansion, Slateline, Grand Slate, Grand Sequoia, and Capstone.
